Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 12 working days (Monday to Saturday).


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Saturday).
Shipping is free on all orders.


Order Changes & Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order will be processed and can no longer be modified.

If you wish to return an item, please start the return process as soon as your parcel arrives.


Missing Parcel

If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received your parcel:

  1. Please contact the delivery carrier to locate it.

  2. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at support@zeloraamsterdam.com – we’ll be happy to help.

Note: Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues. If your tracking hasn’t updated and you haven’t received your item, contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
